Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to your training program. Open to all levels, the practice enhances the mind-body connection and incorporates it into your running.

Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis.
