RUNHEALTHY: FRIDAY MORNING YOGA
Description:
Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga is a great complement to your training program. Open to all levels, the practice enhances the mind-body connection and incorporates it into your running. The September 14 class will be taught by Jennifer Harper. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have a yoga mat, one will be provided for you on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your order or email programming@nyrr.org to cancel.
