Please RSVP for free through eventbrite. First class is $10, then $15 drop in thereafter. Also available a 5 class pack for $60. Pay at the door. Bring your own mat if you like, otherwise there will be a couple on hand. The fall feeling is in the air once again. Time to commit to change, renew and connect. Practice with me each Monday at 7pm at Anderson Peak Performance in Columbus Circle. We will heal and connect through yoga. This will be a slow flow yoga class with major hip flexor and hamstring release (great for all you runners). Yoga is the union of mind and body and so this practice not only helps heal and strengthen it also helps us listen to our bodies.
