Come join us for a little workout and a introduction to our CrossFit program.
This class is for any fitness level, so don't worry if you think you are not in “shape”.
We offer free introductory classes every Mondays at 8PM and Saturdays at 10AM.
Feel free to bring a workout buddy and come have some fun!
