At the I Love You Open Mic, treat yourself and your jokes with care. This mic should serve as your weekly reminder that comedy is supposed to be fun!    Host Lauren Hope Krass promises to bring the good vibes but don't forget to bring yours. Sign up is 5:30, mic starts at 6 and will be lottery style per QED sacred open mic tradition. The mic is free but show some of that love to the venue so we can keep it free. We have items for as low as $1.50.

The Cheep Show is a two-man show with stand up, improv and banjo. Levi Penley and Robert Price present some good old-fashioned fun and freestyle rap. This month The Cheep Show welcomes Attractive Nuisance! Attractive Nuisance is an all-lady NYC based improv team featuring Sierra McAliney, Gulru Ustundag, Lexie Wierenga and Colleen Rose. Like a swimming pool without a fence we’re dangerous but oh-so fun. Levi and Robert live together, laugh together and love other people. Levi has been lauded for his work on stage in musicals and dramas. Robert has written plays that are confusing to his mother. Levi hails from Social Circle, Georgia, and Robert from Houston, Texas. Chloe co-hosts the Bunt Cake Open Mic for female and non-gendered comedians every Sunday and produced a Father's Day show entitled Madelein and Chloe Present: Chloe's Dad is Dead, A Night Without Fathers. She's also way more cool and chill than she appears in photos.

An interactive night of comedy which pokes fun at stereotypes while providing laughs along the way featuring some of the best comics in NYC and beyond. Host Jaye McBride is funny, smart and proudly transgender. Jaye has traveled the world performing stand-up comedy both as a headliner and sharing the stage with comedy greats like Aziz Ansari, Gilbert Gottfried, Jim Norton & Bobcat Goldthwait. Jaye has also been a part of The Boston Comedy Festival, the Limestone Comedy Festival and Lady Parts Justice's Vagical Mystery Tour. In addition to stand-up, Jaye has written, produced and acted in a variety of short films. When not performing on-stage or on-screen Jaye writes "The Comedy Blog" for the Times Union and speaks at colleges all across the country with her lecture about being transgender. Having transitioned in 2007, Jaye is uniquely qualified to talk about awkward first dates, strained family relationships and self-acceptance.
